Jasmine rice

USEFUL TO KNOW: This kind of long-grain rice has a very nice flavor and after cooking, gaining a white colour, for which it received its name is Jasmine. Is grown in Thailand and parts of Vietnam.
HOW TO COOK: wash Rice, add water (based on 100g of Jasmine rice 200ml water) bring to boil and cook on low heat under a lid for 20 minutes, add salt at the end of cooking.
