Corn grits

USEFUL TO KNOW: Corn grain is a source of vegetable protein, carbohydrates while low in fat. In corn grits contain a lot of minerals and vitamins.
HOW TO COOK: corn grits ,rinse, cover with water(100g of cereals, corn -200ml of water) and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat under a lid for 30 minutes, add salt at the end of cooking.
