Buckwheat whole-grain (Quick-boiling)

Buckwheat – very tasty and healthy product, recommended by nutritionists. It contains large amounts of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, iron and other useful minerals. Buckwheat is rich in folic acid, which contributes to the overall resistance of the organism to adverse environmental factors.
HOW TO COOK: buckwheat wash ,pour water(100g of buckwheat groats -200ml of water) and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat under a lid for 30 minutes, add salt at the end of cooking.
